DURING INSPECTION OR ENGINE CHANGE THE ENGINE MOUNT SHOULD BE PROTECTED FROM THE OIL LINE MAKING DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE MOUNT.

PROPELLER WAS REMOVED FROM ACFT TO INVESTIGATE VIBRATION THAT HAD STARTED IN THE LAST 10 HOURS OF FLIGHT. BLADE, [S/N removed], HAS SEVERE CRACK IN BLADE SHANK THAT GOES THROUGH TO INSIDE BORE.
